Your recipe for boosting immune system is certainly very effective. May I put it on my site with your'courtesy'?
It will surely improve the popularity of my site.
Best wishes

I could have used this recipe last week, but I'll certainly remember it is here should I need it in the future. For some reason I was not able to load your website earlier, but obviously - and thankfully - that is no longer the case. I was so thrilled to read your note this morning and wanted to let you know that you can link or backtrack to me any time you want. Thank you for the sweet comment about my photography. I really must subscribe to your blog in my google reader - and I will as soon as I finish here. I've missed you! =

Yes, it does work well. The cayenne pepper may be a bit much for children and young adults. You can modify the recipe and even add your favorite herbs. It's an excellent base. It is similar to a soup broth. My kids didn't like to drink plain broth but when they needed the benefits of the garlic/ ginger, I would either make homemade soup or use Lipton noodle and add at least a small amount of chopped garlic and grated ginger to the soup as it simmers. :o)

I know that must work very well. Those ingredients certainly are known for their healing properties. Is that spicy at all? Is the taste similar to a soup broth?
